Many of you know that we currently operate under the business name of "Way Of Living Fit". Way of Living Fit was opened in Jan of 2019,. Over this past year we have been through several transitions attempting to create what we felt was our vision.
Our step program "Step Reloaded" has become a signature brand of it's own, but most importantly has put us in the direction of what we see as a different and unique experience for our members. As our vision of what our true brand is comes to light, you will see many changes over the next few weeks/months ending with an official Grand Opening of our new fitness studio "Club Cardio and Fitness Bar". A Miami club night vibe , with unique group fitness classes and services.
Club Cardio and Fitness Bar will be a group fitness center with all classes being done to music, under LED lights exuding an experience like no other, along with a small open gym area with treadmills and small equipment for VIP members to enjoy on their off days. First on the menu at Club Cardio is a smoothie bar coming in December of 2019. Our members will be able to enjoy all fruit smoothies, protein shakes, teas and much more. Our front lobby will transition to the smoothie bar by mid December.
You asked for more group fitness classes, we answered. With your VIP monthly pass, you will have access to all of our classes on the schedule. Below are a few classes slated to be added in Jan of 2020:
*Step Reloaded (hip hop step)-current class
*The Yard-current class
*12th Round boxing (hip hop boxing)-coming Dec 2019
*Ladies Night Out (all female bootcamp)-starting Nov 2019
*Step Fit (high intensity step class with small weights)-Dec 2019
*The Grind (High Intensity co-ed bootcamp)-starting Jan 2020
*After party (Twerk Fit/Dance class)-starting in Jan 2020
*After Dark (Stretch and relaxation class done under black lights)starting in Jan 2020
*House Party (online portal to do step and boxing class from home)-Jan 2020
