Access to 5 group fitness classes per week. Classes can be done live while they are happening, or the recorded version is available for up to a week after the class takes place. Classes are streamed through our private Membership Suite. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email and will gain access to the Membership Suite with the email address used to purchase your virtual pass via Paypal.
Beginner hip hop step aerobics class that provides an introduction to our choreographed hip hop step class and moves
Circuit style weight training with done in intervals and changes weekly to target a specific muscle group
Advanced weight training class designed for participants that are comfortable with form and adding additional weight to barbells
Glutes and abs focused class, done to hip hop music with the use of small resistance bands
Hip hop step aerobics class with choreographed routine taught step by step
All group fitness class registration is done through our Mindbody scheduling app. YOU MUST download the app, by clicking the link below. Once downloaded, the below link will take you to our business page for a full schedule and registration options for in person classes on a drop in basis. We offer monthly memberships.
