All group fitness class registration is done through our Mindbody scheduling app. Once downloaded, the below link will take you to our business page for a full schedule and registration options for in person classes.
Access to 6 group fitness classes per week. Classes can be done live while they are happening, or the recorded version is available for up to a week after the class takes place. Classes are streamed through our private Membership Suite. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email and will gain access to the Membership Suite with the email address used to purchase your virtual pass.
