The Link Nutrition is our full service smoothie bar operational Mon-Fri from 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm. A vibrant health and wellness smoothie bar, offering freshly blended all natural fruit smoothies, using fresh fruit, lemon and ginger, and delicious protein shakes that act as meal replacements.

Our 24oz fruit smoothies are a non-dairy product, made with fresh fruit, lemon, ginger, raw sugar cane. With menu items ranging fresh strawberry (”Queen B”) to fresh pineapple (“Poolside”). Each flavor is freshly blended with our original mix and hand picked or fresh fruit purchased through farmers at our local Farmers Market!  Our fruit smoothies are 100% natural to ensure you get the maximum health benefits from the enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.

Our protein shakes are packed with over 20 grams of protein, less than 5 grams of sugar, and loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Energy drinks range in flavor from Strawberry Lemonade to Green Apple. Freshly made to order, each energy drink is fueled with natural caffeine and B Vitamins!
